Positive: The unit is in a gorgeous location with fantastic views and lovely furnishings.

Negative: It was tricky working out what we needed, the unit had nothing , no towels , sheets, salt and pepper, hand soap , dish soap etc. we didn’t feel it was clearly stated during booking so went without things and had to buy them.

Negative: The flat was fine, however the 100 year rain wasnt much fun with flooding all around us .So sad watching some of the things hapeneing around us

Positive: Location is okay

Negative: Hot shower is not working, no dishwashing liquid at all. Cleaners should inform the OIC real time if there are left belongings in the unit. We were in the terminal when we noticed that we left my husband's jacket inside the unit. My hubby still took the time to go back to the unit at 11am and asked the OIC if they found a jacket and said that they don't found any. And then only to find out that I got a message from the property at 11:34 am that we left a jacket. My feedback is that the receptionist shouldn't be giving information yet unless they've checked everything on their end just not to waste time on both parties as well. It's just a jacket but it has a sentimental value. I even messaged them to keep it for now and did not receive a reply either.
