Summary: Good location and nice hotel. Staff was a bit busy as it was school holidays I guess and the hotel was full according to the front desk. The room had the things we needed and shops were nearby for a good walk. It was also close to the water for nice views. Parking was available but would like to see a bit cheaper pricing.

Summary: Great beach location with spacious and great amenities. Fabulous spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Nicole at Reception was very helpful and friendly. There is an outdoor pool.

Summary: Check in staff Great Bar staff great Room refurbed….. BUT Gaps around the room door let a lot of light and noise in 5.45am the Pub next door moved pallets and large items which created very loud banging noise for 45 minutes making it impossible to sleep Informed staff and I was informed they are aware of the issue, however, notably they failed to inform me upon checkin this could be expected. Breakfast coffee mugs were heavily stained, even after informing staff, I still resorted to using take away cups Plates were dirty and the plate I was provided after reporting the issue still required to be wiped over due to grease build up on the rim Informed check out staff of findings and received a non caring contemptuous and dismissive reply. Very poor after paying a premium price for this property. Gravity

Summary: Great location - park the car and walk everywhere. Staff helpful food choices limited but tasty. We stayed in an apartment so the hotel doesn’t look after the fitout. The apartment is great size plenty of room and fabulous views but needs a refresh.
