Positive: Friendly staff, helpful. I was there for medical reasons and I liked that lots of other guests where also so I didn’t feel alienated

Negative: Hair salon wasn’t operating, would be good to have a fridge freezer rather than just fridge as I needed to go downstairs every hour for ice

Positive: Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Overall the hotel was clean and well cared for.

Negative: Even though the water from the wash basin seemed hot, the shower next to it was cold. The toilet seat was loose and not secured to the toilet in any way. Could be lifted off, and would slide off when sitting on it. The 'city view' the receptionist had mentioned upon check-in was in fact a massive hole in the ground next door, where a new property was going to be built.

Summary: Service - courteous, professional. Room - clean, comfortable but let down by issues in bathroom.

Positive: Although I found everything to be okay, I had reserved a room without breakfast. However, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel for the first time. We went to the breakfast salon, sat down, and started eating. In the middle of our meal, the restaurant manager approached us and asked for our room number. After a few minutes, he returned and informed us that our booking did not include breakfast and that we now had to pay for it. I believe he should have asked us either at the end of our meal or at the reception during check-out. The situation created unnecessary stress between enjoying breakfast and having to handle payment, which was not a comfortable experience for a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel was very nice, beautiful, and comfortable. The porter who assisted us with our baggage during check-out today spoke English perfectly. However, some of the reception staff during our check-in were not able to communicate well in English. I believe the hotel should consider improving the language skills of their reception staff. Mr Ensaar was also very professional .

Positive: It was very spacious, I got a room with the living room and bedroom apart from each other instead of a studio setting. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast had a lot of options. I got a room on a non smoking floor, I loved that concept! I hate the smell of smoking etc.

Negative: If you wanted to use the washing machine you had to buy the stuff to put ij the washing machine by yourself. I was only there for one day, so I was not going to buy a whole new packet of washing supplies. My wifi also wasn’t working sadly.

Summary: Overall great, would definitely recommend.

Positive: I booked 9 days here but only stayed in for about t 2 nights staff helped with bags and even walked me to my room when I wasn't feeling to well (undergoing surgery) without a frown. Nice services in the room washing machine , sink, fridge, microwave Hotel itself is stunning with spa and other services Big smiles from arrival to departure Thanks

Negative: These are not big issues, but would have made the experience perfect I only slept there for a few hours on the first night and returned after 7 days (undergoing massive surgery) Toilet rolls were not replaced Upon arrival I ordered food on room service They didn't take the dishes next day. Oh also tv was not smart tv, or there was no option to connect our mobiles to tv, I was very bored after my surgery just laying there and no good tv service sadly that was depressing

Summary: It's still a 5 star for us 😀
