Summary: We had an amazing stay at Villa Tana, the property was perfect for our family of four adults, myself, my husband and our two boys.The rooms were great sizes and decorated in a modern, light and airy way. All bedrooms and the living room had aircon units which was very welcome. We especially loved the large room along the back of the property opening to the patio and pool area. The dining room table in this area was a great size for eating and playing family card games. There was also an indoor bbq area including sink.The pool was a great size with two umbrellas and six sunbeds and pool towels were provided.The pool was cleaned during our ten day stay and our laundry was also changed too.The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There was also a washing machine in the property. The welcome pack was great which included some washing pods, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, coffee pods amongst other things.We felt very secure at the property with the shuttered windows and doors and the electric gate to the grounds. It was also great to have the key lockbox so we could go to the beach without having the worry of keeping keys safe.The villa was conveniently located within walking distance of supermarkets and plenty of lovely Menorcan restaurants where we enjoyed many delicious meals.We would love to return to this property.

Summary: Can I just say from booking to having help with the opening of the electric gate you was always straight back with a txt . Now the villa it was beautiful, the pool area with loungers was awesome. The pool was a tad cold at first which didn’t matter it is October. The space inside was perfect a master bedroom with its own bathroom. Living room was cosy (didn’t do much bring inside) because when you opened the bi folding doors and all the patio opened up to the outside wow . Location was perfect just a 5 minute walk to most of the bars and restaurants. Supermarkets also but if you want meat and chicken for the stunning bbq it’s a trip to Lidl only a few minutes in a cab . Overall we’re going to give more than 5* because it was so much better. We will be booking for next October real soon . Sad we had to leave

Summary: We had an excellent stay. The location is great and you are walking distance to 3 of the most gorgeous coves I’ve ever seen. You are close to Ciutadela as well, which makes it easy to go out in the evenings. The house itself was good and was a comfortable spot for 6 days. The pool was a lovely spot to hand out and the sun room is gorgeous. Accommodations were clean and well decorated. I will say, the water pressure was pretty dismal. Really more of a trickle. Nobody could take a shower at the same time which is difficult when you have 6 people staying in the same place. The coffee maker and electric entry gate were a bit finicky as well. Overall, we enjoyed villa tana, and it was a great home base.

Summary: Lovely villa, Ideally located and Very clean. Only very minor things the beds weren’t the comfiest. And we also didn’t have access to the pool table in the pictures but I assume that was due to the time of year

Summary: Lovely villa, the outdoor eating area was beautiful and had the option to make indoor too by closing the folding doors. Had the sun all day which was also amazing. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and ease of communication through WhatsApp which made it very quick to ask questions and sort any (minor) issues. Bus service nearby was also handy. Nothing major, the electric cut out a few times but they were also quick to send an electrician out to sort it. Also be mindful of when you go, Sept seems to be fly season so that was a bit annoying when eating. This was the whole island not just where we stayed. Only 2 bathrooms for bigger parties.

Summary: We liked the villa very much. One problem was that they have a very good internet but unfortunately it does not extend to the bedrooms. This was important to us as we had an infant and needed to monitor her while asleep.

Summary: La maison est grande , spacieuse et la belle véranda permet d’y déjeuner en cas de pluie. La piscine est belle et des transats pour tout le monde. On peut se garer à l’intérieur de la maison avec plusieurs voitures ou scooter. Plusieurs petits supermarchés à 5 mn à pieds et des 4 grands supermarchés à 7 mn en voiture. Le service proposé par mautervillas est excellent ++++Il y avait une queue de billard cassée et nous avions besoin d’un parasol pour la piscine, nous avons été livré en 2 h top chrono. Tout a été très bien anticipé par l’agence : explications ++, communication par whatssap, +++ et réponse très rapide, changement des draps et serviettes au bout de la 1 ère semaine, message pour savoir si tout va bien …., code pour la boîte à clef reçu la veille, ils ont tout anticipé !!!!! Cela rassure et permet des vacances en toute décontraction. Prévenir le jour où la personne vient nettoyer la piscine et pareil pour le changement de draps et serviettes par les dames de ménage. Pas mal de fourmis dans le logement. Un parasol pour aller à la plage serait idéal car lorsque l’on vient en avion cela est impossible.
