Positive: A nice tourist stay near the lake. Still work in progress: construction materials lying around, a paint smell in the air. The kitchen is big enough for two, and rooms are good enough. Parking spaces are aplenty. The main draw is the closeness to the lake.

Negative: Bathroom floors are always wet, have to grab the water with a broom every time after washing, and it still doesn't dry up properly. Better wash hands in the toilet.

Positive: Clean, bright, new, comfortable rooms. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of cooking options. Bathrooms were very clean. Nice quiet location from which everything is easily accessible. Beach within easy walking distance. plenty of parking. staff are very friendly and responsive. Check in was very easy, just note current entrance is on the side and you have to go through an unlabelled door to reach the numbered rooms on the second floor. Can’t beat the value for money. I highly recommend. We would certainly come back.

Negative: Bathrooms are shared among 5 rooms that can hold two people each. one bathroom (one toilet), one shower, even if you book the rooms that do not specify shared bathroom. It wasn’t a problem for us and one never had to wait long at all, but it is a consideration. The darkening curtain in the room couldn’t be drawn fully closed - only half way, which made trying to go to sleep harder as it stays light very late (we covered the other half). Overall this stay was fantastic though and I would highly recommend!
