Summary: So much space. Great location. Great communication. We had a great stay 😁

Summary: We stayed 2 nights here. Pros-plenty sleeping and parking space snd close to boat ramp in Coongulla. Owner let us check in early and late checkout time was good. Cons - Overall cleanliness and condition very poor. Spider infested bedrooms and cobwebs everywhere. Barhroom very poor condition with floor that feels like it’s going to collapse under your feet where you enter the shower. Toilet leans sideways when you sit on it. . Broken/cracked ceiling held up with 1 screw. Only 1 fire alarm located in bedroom on top story - if fire started downstairs there would be no warning until it was too late for anyone asleep in this house.
