Negative: Aircon vents blowing right over the bed so freezing. We asked for a vent magnet/cover but they didn’t understand the request Bathroom extremely cold Service at restaurant extremely slow and first night terrible, bfast slow so take extra time. Second night the service was much better Good wines and cocktails

Positive: It is a stunningly beautiful property with a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was excellent. Breakfast in particular was spectacular with a wide variety of choices, all of excellent quality. The pool was delightful, indoor/outdoor heated.

Negative: Honestly, nothing. We don’t often avail ourselves of “luxury” stays, but this was a very nice way to spend a couple of days acclimating to the altitude.
