Positive: Property overall was beautiful and comfortable

Negative: Needs a deep cleaning. Dust on walls ceilings tapestries. Dishes had hard water stains, coffee cups coffee stains. Lights out in upstairs bathroom and nothing matched in unit supplies to replace. Upstairs carpet needs restreching.

Positive: Very comfortable and homey. Good location and we had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: Lots of stairs, including a spiral staircase in the home that was very rickety.

Positive: Love the location. It's about 20 minutes into Durango, but we like being a little out of town when we come here. Check-in at the front desk was easy and there was ample parking for the unit.

Negative: The fitted sheets on the bed need to be thrown out. They are so pilled that they feel like you're sleeping on sandpaper. There was also a lot of cooking grease on the floor in front of the stove and counter next to it when we arrived.
