Positive: We enjoyed the exceptional hospitality of our hosts, their openess, access, honesty and humanity gave us such a thrill. We couldcask for anything within reason and they would assist. They demonstrated perfect hospitality.

Negative: Some of the facilities could be modernised and the open roof in one of the bathrooms was unusual for us.

Positive: We had an incredible stay at the Tamarind Villa! The house and the yard is absolutely beautiful with nature all around. We saw mango trees full of fruits and birds visiting the front yard every morning. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedroom had air conditioning which we really enjoyed during the warm weather. In addition to the beauty of the property, the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. They shared homegrown king coconuts with us and treated us warmly. Excellent communication and extremely considerate. We give our highest recommendation to Tamarind Villa and we look forward to staying there the next time we are in Sri Lanka.

Despite its tranquil ambiance, the villa is conveniently located in the heart of Kelaniya, just a short distance from the iconic Kelaniya Temple.
