Positive: My Wife & I had a great stay at this apartment. It was a few relaxing days after a villa stay with family & kids. It's a great location close to excellent beaches and facilities. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils and more than enough kitchen equipment to prepare meals. Plus the bonus of air con in 3 rooms.

Negative: No balcony but we did know this and the price we paid reflected this.

Summary: 6 nights in Sunny Puerto Pollenca in a great location

Positive: Having stayed in many apartments in PDP over the years, from a location point of view this was by far the best. Quite literally across the road from the beach, which was very handy given that for some reason after last years total lack of any beach facilities whatsoever, this year there were no toilets available anywhere on the beach, so visits back to the apartment were quite regular. Very well appointed with the very necessary bonus of it having three A/C units, we are already looking at the possibility of booking it again next year.

Negative: There was a bit of a problem with the drains of the building which lead to some occasional smelly situations in the bathroom.

Summary: Fabulously situated reasonably priced apartment just a few yards from the beach.

Positive: The location was fantastic, a 2 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets and farmacies. For the price it is a great stay and the management company and owners were very friendly and helpful.

Positive: Location Communication was excellent, responses were always rapid and helpful.

Negative: Cleanliness, there was hair in multiple places on the floor. The dishes were unclean. The bedding was old and very bobbled. The throws had a bad odour to them.

Positive: Love the location, perfect for a couple, with great facilities with the fridge and washing machine etc

Negative: A small detail, but the satellite TV facility had mostly German TV- some French channels but only 1 English channel!

Negative: Only one thing, the shower water ran cold one night. Otherwise too notch. Fabulous position.
