Positive: Keys were available at the time stated. This house is beautiful with the most spectacular views across the Tamar river. We watched the boats all the time we were there. We were totally blessed with the weather as we have had 8 days of glorious sunshine and sitting on the balcony with a Prosecco was pure bliss. The beds are very comfortable and the house has absolutely everything you could need.

Negative: There was absolutely nothing!!

Positive: The views are stunning. The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for five adult guests. Great facilities. The house is clean and well equipped.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing that would have been useful was a pair of scissors to open food packaging but that is all.

Positive: The location right by the Tamar Bridges, at the same time overlooking the estuary, meant there were always lots of interesting things to look at. The big windows and sliding doors made the most of the view! The house was clean and comfortable with all we needed to self cater when we wanted to. All four adults and 2 children (and dog!) loved the middle floor huge open plan living room and kitchen. Mark, the owner, was excellent with communication from booking, and made it clear he was available for any questions, etc during our stay.

Negative: It's hard to think of anything we didn't like!

Summary: A large and well kept home from home in a perfect location for our family needs.
