Positive: The property was mordern and spacious! The rooms were fit with an en-suite, which were exceptionally clean, as were the bedrooms. The beds were big and comfy, room fitted with Aircon and a fan as a bonus. The area was in a quiet spot, rooms felt like they were soundproof as we barely could hear anything outside! The pool and seating area was lovely too! We had breakfast included in our stay, which varied each day but we had fried egg, scrambled egg, pancakes with banana and chocolate, to name a few. The breakfast also included fresh juice, tea or coffee, and a plate full of fresh fruit! The hosts are amazing, unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they helped us out with renting a moped (option to rent a pedal bike too) which was delivered to the hotel, they had a laundry service, beers and coke available on their fridge for cheap price. I would highly recommended staying here - we even extending our stay as we loved it so much! Perfect location, just outside the town of Tam Coc, which was either a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute moped in! If you are interesting in going to the Old Town this is around a 10 minute moped drive. It was a wonderful stay and if we’re ever back again in Ninh Binh, we’ll be staying here again!

Positive: Lovely rooms all surrounding a pool. The hosts are so helpful and always attentive. The rooms are large with a king size bed and excellent shower / wet room. Location is a short walk out of the main area and quiet. They hire out scooters and provide a laundry service which was helpful. Overall an excellent choice and I’d definitely recommend

Positive: Stunning property, absolutely loved it. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I even got taken to a local yoga class which was great! Exceptional value for money, comfiest bed I’ve found in Vietnam and in the most idillic setting. 10/10

Positive: Friendly helpful staff. Facilities were great especially the pool. Breakfast was really nice and on arrival we were given a cold glass of water that was so welcome.

Negative: Bathroom was really hot and air conditioning was slow to cool the room but they were experiencing a heat wave when we went.

Positive: This was an outstanding experience. We've been generally frustrated with the fake reviews that many properties and restaurants in the area use to prop up their businesses, but Tam Coc Pomelo Garden was a breath of fresh air and saved our trip. The care and communication of our host was excellent, breakfast was great, and the pool was clean and nice. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Negative: Fake reviews from many of the other properties and restaurants in the area. The fakes are quality fakes and even use pictures to add "authenticity". However, this place was exactly as advertised. Thank you so much!

Positive: The owner was so helpful and arranged good value transfers for us. It felt like a little oasis and I would love to stay there again. It was close enough to Tam Coc to walk but hiring bicycles and a moped was also fun. The area around Tam Coc is really beautiful and there was lots of really great things to see and do. The breakfast was lovely and so was the pool. We all felt really well looked after. The property felt brand new and was kept immaculately clean as were the bedrooms. It was the best place we have stayed in so far in Vietnam.
