Positive: This was the most amazing homestay of my entire trip to Vietnam. My Tho, the owner, is the most accommodating, warm and friendly host and will go above and beyond to ensure her guests have everything they need. There are 7 rooms which are newly renovated (2 month ago) and have everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including an excellent scenic view from the pool. During my four day stay, My Tho helped me with breakfast (and remembered requests from previous days), suggestions for sightseeing based on the weather, laundry and bike rental (both are very well priced) as well as helping me with a taxi when there were a shortage of grabs. I extended my stay for a day (which My Tho sorted quickly) and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I hope to see My Tho and her little dog again in the future 🫶🏻

Positive: This was by far the best place we have stayed in Vietnam so far!! The host was so kind and lovely, made sure to help with any questions about the area like what to do, attractions nearby etc. The room itself was modern, very clean and cosy, and good water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast was great every morning. It is walking distance to Tam Coc town so easy access to lots of cafes and restaurants. They offer bicycle rental for a great price which is great because most attractions are best to go to on a bike! Again the host was so lovely and accommodating, she let us check in early when we arrived and let us check out late when leaving as our bus was not till 10pm. She also helped us to book this bus for a great price! Our stay here was amazing and we will definitely be back again next time we are in Ninh Binh!

Positive: We loved our stay here, it was extremely clean, quiet and everything was newly renovated. The breakfast was very good and we rented a scooter but also could have rented bicycles. The host was lovely and gave us recommendations of what to do.

Positive: Brand new homestay, so everything is spotless. The host is amazingly accommodating and will help you organize whatever you'd like to see in Tam Coc. Goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the area. Beautiful backyard sitting area with a pool and cute dogs for visiting.

Positive: The hotel owner was very friendly and helped with all our questions. The hotel is new and 5-star, the prices are reasonable, and the location is close to all the attractions. I recommend it to everyone. There's a pool and a mountain view. We had a wonderful time. You can also book tickets and tours through reception.

Positive: The property exceeded my expectations. The room is newly built and very beautifully designed and right behind my room was the swimming pool and a outdoor dining area. It’s got beautiful plants everywhere and is in a quiet area of Tam Coc but is very easy and quick to get to the town. No insects in the room, very good aircon and hot water is hot! The bed was large a very comfortable. My host Cherry and her family were super nice, helpful and welcoming. They made sure I had a very comfortable stay! I will definitely stay again.
