Positive: It was beautiful and great staff. There’s a lot to do on the property and places to read a book.

Negative: I would have liked more dishes and cutlery for the kitchen. Shelves could be lower in the hall and bedrooms.

Summary: I was able to enjoy a lovely restful holiday and felt very safe and comfortable.

Negative: This is our second year staying in the Nantucket Suite, It works out great for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment is very well equipped. However it is starting to get a bit shabby. Time for a refresh.

Positive: waterfront spot, pool/hottub/sauna, nice condo style.

Negative: signage is poor- if my family member hadnt noticed the very small sign that told us the lobby is on the third floor of the building, Im not sure how long we would have searched. Leaving was also rather difficult as the area i was supposed to leave fobs was closed when i left at 9 am and the help i was supposed to get from staff couldnt happen as they werent present at the desk before 10 am. A janitor reassured me if i left the fobs at the desk i could still get out of the building, otherwise I would have waited until 10 am to get help? with 3 and a half hours more travel i wanted to get out early.

Summary: Its a nice place but they need better signs/departure arrangements for early risers.
