Summary: What a gem! Stayed for an evening with my 10-year-old and the property was quiet and child-friendly. David graciously showed us their vast, serene grounds, introduced us to the neighbour's horses and ponies, and gave us a teaching tour of their plentiful garden. There is a mini fridge to store some small food items if needed, and a library with plenty of books and games. Alicia's breakfast was outstanding, with fresh farm-to-table ingredients. The hosts provided the comfortable countryside stay we were looking for. We will definitely return when time permits.

Naturally, rooms will be small and there won't be modern conveniences such as central AC, elevators, etc. The breakfast here was lovely and the proprietors friendly and accommodating.
