Positive: Very cool and unique property, the room had everything you could need, a very well stocked kitchenette with heaps of appliances and cutlery etc, there’s sheep and a miniature pony and peacocks, beautiful location

Positive: Great location - equidistant from Toodyay and Northam, where we spent most of our time. Very peaceful / quiet, despite the amazing light show / lightning / thunder storm on our first night - spectacular! Gald it all happened at night! We loved the animals on the site - they provided a sense of calmness. And the Christmas Shop in Toodyay was totally unexpected!

Negative: The outside toilet and bathroom (both shared facilities) were not ideal, but we did know about this before hand, and as it happened, I don't think anyone else used them whilst we were there, so it was in no way an inconvenience. It felt like an en-suite, haha! The shower was amazing by the way!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. We live 90 minutes away, but it was so nice to getaway!

Positive: Fantastic room in fabulous surroundings and a very warm welcome. My room (Talbot) was very well equipped for my own cooking and the bed was particularly comfortable.

Positive: Super clean and very quiet. Love the birds and the lizard living under the roof near the bathroom. Was fantastic to see all the little peacock babies in the enclosure
