Positive: First expressions hotel looked very impressive. Reception staff fairly helpful

Negative: Bedroom furniture not very practical. Wooden headboard a night every time you moved the thing banged the wall. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Please please sort out the pillows, so thin felt like they had cotton wool balls in them. Wait or on the evening was very curt, as I had asked for a rose wine that was sweeter, gave me a dirty look and showed me the champagne on the menu. Then as we only had a beer with our meal wasn’t interested at all all evening. If I’m being honest the quality or cooking of our steak and the chicken was fairly poor, very dry and tough. I don’t like to complain but it wasn’t quite the expo was expecting and was very disappointed

Positive: Location was beautiful and the staff were very kind. Didn't do the wine tour but it seemed very popular. Evening meal was very good, the restaurant is definitely worth using. The spa was very nice and clean, bit small but perfectly adequate for the size of the hotel.

Negative: The only slight negative was the breakfast was very average, and the coffee was terrible. This is mainly based on how good the meal was the night before.

Positive: Me and my girlfriend was there to have a relax and get away weekend. It was amazing! Be able to relax in the jacuzzi and pool, have options for sauna and as a plus, the massage. The room was reaaaally comfortable and the staff super friendly. The wine tour was also good (just wish we could have the option to know about the place’s history in English, just a card to read about it, not exactly the full tour). For sure we will come back to enjoy another weekend. (If you don’t have a car, there is the option to go by train and take a taxi to the place).

Negative: The steam sauna was smelling a bit, with a strong smell. Not comfortable to use. But just that, everything else was amazing!

Summary: The place is way better than the pictures. Meet and went over the expectations!
