Positive: This is a high quality hotel. We had booked two rooms and were lucky to receive an upgrade for one of them, which was simply superb, but to be honest even the room booked would have been an experience in itself. The hotel, in the midst of the city, has the atmosphere of an oasis resort. One is unlikely to have to ask for anything here, all is available and if perchance it is not, then indeed just ask...

Negative: minor but significant for Taj- Breakfast on one of the days was disorganised- No plates or Glasses available. no staff to ask. staff kept ignoring. no check in staff at the entrance. No proactive staff available to order live counter. disappointing for Taj standards

Positive: The entire stay was bliss. To our spacious and beautiful room, which felt like a suite, to the attentive staff who were the best of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was a particular highlight. We were so well looked after we’re already looking forward to coming back.
