Positive: The service by the property manager was excellent. Good communication to ensure we found the location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking.

Negative: The location can be slightly difficult to find but since the manager was in touch with us on the phone, it was fine.

Positive: Tailer's cottage was truly outstanding. What made it special was the staffmember, Jeewa. He went above and beyond to cater to my needs. He made excellent tea and breakfast. Very knowledgeable about the town. Very warm and welcoming. My room upstairs was very modern and comfortable. The view of the building opposit was not the best when I pulled the curtains at night, it was not an issue. It is 1- minutes from town walking. Absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it.

Positive: Jeeva was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. He was very helpful and made my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. The washroom was modern and very clean. Jeeva also helped me find authentic Sri Lankan food for both dinner and breakfast. I was very happy with his service and the homestay facilities. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would love to come back again.
