Positive: The house was fantastic with lots of interesting little twists and turns in the lower level. The beds were amazing and each bedroom was well presented and comfortable. No less than two sitting rooms downstairs as well as a very well appointed kitchen with such amazing views over the Firth.

Negative: We had some ants on the kitchen counter that was a bit annoying but no big deal, a little bug spray sorted that. The walk up the hill to the Kames Hotel was a little bit taxing for my seventy year old legs but the pint was waiting for me.
