Negative: Soon as I walked in the house the horrible smell of dog was in there . Also a stain on carpet before entering the kitcen

Negative: In the picture, it shows a bunk bed on the upper floor, and it has been switched out for an air bed now, so we have to sleep on the couch and the recliner, but over all it was a greatplace. .

Positive: Awesome location, beautiful outdoors property, comfy and retro architecture inside. Huge list of amenities for anyone trying to relax and enjoy nature and food. Home was easy to clean afterwards with the provided tools!

Negative: A second bathroom is going to be sorely missed if you have more than 3 people. If you have phobia of wasps, stay away from the front garage doors! Home desperately needs roof and gutter work, but that has no effect at all on our stay or enjoyment of the property! Just a friendly suggestion!

Summary: Stayed for 2 nights here as a group of 7 and floated both days with All American. Loved it!

Negative: The wifi was not working. I did not mind but my teenagers.... We played games and enjoyed the fire pit.
