Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Liked the facility, mostly clean, counters could use a good cleaning to remove sticky film. Great views, hot tub was very useful. Overall a very beautiful home both inside and out.

Negative: As I mentioned beautiful overall. A bit more attention could be paid to the little things for the price. numerous spiders visible at multiple locations in the house. Panel on the 1st floor tub surround not attached and blew down a couple of times, exposing an opening to the crawl space and an avenue for pests. At these prices all should be perfect. The day before we were scheduled to leave the power went out leaving us without lights or water (as the pump to the well was also out). We left messages with the guest contact and got no response. We were forced to leave a day early with no reimbursement. Again at these prices all should be perfect or at least compensated
