Summary: My family and friends have a Memorial Day tradition of a Colorado mountain house retreat for the long weekend. This stay was wonderful for housing 6 adults and 7 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep, and plenty of space for the kids to play and for the adults to get some quiet time. Highly recommended.

Summary: Beautiful property! We really enjoyed our stay. The home owners couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful! We had 4 couples, 7 children and a baby. There is 2 king size beds and 1 full size. One couple had to sleep on a pull out couch that wasn't at all comfortable. ( we thought there was supposed to be a full size bed in one of the bunk rooms). Other than that, everything was perfect!
