Positive: We had a fabulous time at the hotel and the hot springs. Our rooms were very comfortable. The meals were fabulous at the hotel.

Negative: The check in process was a bit overwhelming. There were too many things that we were being told about our stay while we were having to set up the whatapp number to send our passports while at the same time we were being handed a drink and facecloth. The drink and facecloth should have been given to us a little later when we weren't overwhelmed with all of the tthings we needed to do to check in.

Positive: Impeccably maintained grounds and squeaky clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Negative: Food in the restaurants was not very good and very expensive.
