Positive: Everything is great. The apartment is cozy and clean. Everything you need is available. There is a wonderful Park nearby . The center is 3.5 km away on foot. Just right . I recommend.

Positive: It was really clean, the owner provides essential amenities, location pretty close to the lyon city centre.

Negative: When we were there, the tram was not working, but it was okay, we could still walk to the metro, which was 15 minutes away. And the bed is quite small for our liking, but it was compensated with how clean the appartement.

Positive: Fresh & perfectly clean. A sunny, bright & happy apartment. It looked brand new inside as if it had been freshly renovated. Instant communiction, the owner asked if he could come over when i msg'd that i couldnt work the washing machine. I was so grateful & he was very kind. Its approx 3kms walk into Lyon through the most beautiful park which contains a zoo. The distance was great for us as we love to walk. I felt very safe in the neughbourhood & there is secure parking. There are two lifts so easy with all our luggage. A coffee machine, kitchen utensils, fridge, great shower. The bed was very comfortable & a perfect sized apartment for the two of us.

Negative: It was a fair walk but we like that. Otherwise you would need to drive but finding parking is always a problem in a big city.

Summary: A great place to stay, quiet, clean, safe.
