Positive: Exactly as described. Comfortable, quiet and close to north university campus. The place consists of a small living room/entrance with kitchen, a windowless bedroom with double bed (this makes it very quiet) and bathroom with a fantastic shower.

Negative: The place smells a bit of cigarette smoke, which likely comes through the bathroom ventilation. it's not too strong, but it's definitely present.

Summary: Good price/quality place, close to north university campus.

Positive: It was comfortable and cozy and had a comfortable bed and nice appliances. The rain shower was nice as well.

Negative: They could use a decent set of knives and a set of printed instructions to work the stove.
