Positive: Decent property, very clean and well located. Perfect for couples or small family

Negative: Nothing to mention, the team are doing their best to respond on time. Maybe just extending the checkout by one hour or two can help but I haven’t asked for it so can’t complain

Positive: The location is excellent; it is easily accessible and centrally located. The space is bright, comfortable, and spacious. It is fully equipped with all the necessary items and materials to meet your needs, such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, tv, wifi, iron and etc. Check-in, check-out, and communication with the host was very easy. The location was right on the border of Switzerland and France, and the tram access was very convenient.

Negative: I noticed a smell of cigarette smoke upon first entering the facility and felt the need for ventilation. A single laundry capsule was provided for the washing machine, which was a nice touch. However, the same could have been done for the dishwasher. Still, there was dishwashing liquid available. It would have been better if soap had been provided in the bathroom as well.

Summary: I was very comfortable during the two weeks I stayed. I had whatever i needed.

Positive: Convenient location. You can use both tram L12 and L17 to city center of Geneve, and the tram stop is only 2min walk from the apartment. Several supermarkets and restaurants are in vicinity. No complaints about its cleanness and quietness.

Negative: Almost all stuff was satisfiable, but lids of casseroles and pans in the kitchen could have made it perfect.

Positive: Perfect place for work and also for tourists too, super well communicated thanks to the tram and the bus too, I was very comfy there, the area is really calm.

Summary: I very recommended this apparment, it’s a perfect place to stay and in great conditions.

Positive: The Apartment is big and spacious, which is great as we are a family of 4. It's in a very good location, close to the border so you hop on the tram and you are in the center of Geneva within 15 minutes

Negative: I wish there would have been more towels, and the bedding was not great. The apartment was very stuffy when we walked in because all windows are kept closed for a long time. But once we opened everything up for 24 hours, it was fine.

Negative: You could have left a gift basket with some snacks as we got in really late and hadn’t eaten but there was nothing available. Also provide clearer instructions on how to enter the building for non French speaking people. It took us 30 minutes to figure out how to open the door.
