Private terrace of 15m2 facing west, furnished with an outdoor table, electric barbecue, sunbathing and parasol.
Inside area of 40m2 including 3 rooms: a living room-kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom:
- The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV. To accommodate 3 people, the chairs will be removed to install a mattress 90 x 190 cm.
- the living room is equipped with a table / 2 chairs, a 2 seater sofa and the kitchenette includes: ceramic hob 2 burners, hood, microwave, refrigerator-bar, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
- The private bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, a sink and a sink with drainer completing the kitchenette.
T1 very bright, carefully decorated and arranged any comfort:
- reversible climate control;
- washing machine in the bathroom;
- hair dryer;
- electric barbecue on the private terrace;
- Wifi available for free.

The whole of our property of 8500m2 will be accessible to you, your children remaining under your supervision. Throughout your stay, they will enjoy the swing near the small family barn and the enclosure of our 2 donkeys.
