Positive: We loved the location, clean villas and the bar and restaurant on the beach overlooking T Land surf break. Owners and staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you.

Negative: We didn't love having to confirm early in the day if we would be eating at the restaurant or not. But we do understand why the do it. The walls between the villas are very thin and you can hear your neighbours.

Positive: Fabulous location and place. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay all time! All villas have ocean views and are extremely comfy and clean. Highly recommend T-Land Resort.

Negative: It was a bit too exclusive. Only guests were allowed onto the premises, which made our stay lovely and quiet but maybe too quiet. We had friends on the island who we shared a lot of time with so had to head out all the time. If you are looking for quiet and not to be bothered...THIS is def the place.

Summary: Xclnt stay. Resort owners and staff were delightful and v helpful at all times.

Positive: Thanks to Ruben, Adriana, Daisy and the whole team at T-land who made our trip to Rote unforgettable. The hotel itself is located in the heart of town and the facilities/food were impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help and give advice on how to make the most of our holiday. The maintenance was excellent, the staff carried out daily cleans in the room and ensured our space was tidy and enjoyable to stay in. If you are a surfer this is the best possible place to stay right in front of the harbour and the main break with a boat ready to take you out instantly. Couldn’t recommend t-land resort any higher and we can’t wait to come back!

Positive: Truly everything. We stayed for two weeks at this lovely resort. The owners were super welcoming. We loved the staff, each with their charming personalities. We felt cared for. The rooms and aesthetically lovely for a tropical destination. Loved the private courtyard with board racks and outdoor shower. And the location was perfect. All you had to do was step out of the resort and jump on the boat to go surfing!

Positive: Beautiful place right on the beach with the boat waiting in front to bring you to the nearby waves. The place to perfect the surf-eat-sleep cycle with super friendly and helpful owners and staff. They are very professional but keep a nice and relaxed vibe. Looking forward to spend some more time here.
