Positive: Gaii and Gong are extremely helpful and kind. 200 to the entrance of the train station. Walkable distance to two night markets. Not to loud for me even though very central. 10 square meters room large enough for me. Good base for day trips. I would have liked to stay but it was booked out.

Negative: Walk to the beach means crossing a very busy road and lots of town. It is too long to be done in your swimming suit. Beach is small anyway.
