5 Bedroom Villa in Finikas, Syros

The house is located on the hillside above Finikas and 500 m from the seaside, southwest of Syros island. Its main advantage lies in its position: the blue sea of the Aegean that surrounds it is a real delight for the sight, where at night thousands of lights create a fairytale spectacle. It’s a scenery of absolute serenity and beauty, with tiny houses scattered on the surrounding hills, a waveless sea reminiscent of a calm lake and, far away, the cycladic islands surrounded by rocky islets.
The House has a total surface of 200 sqm on a single level and consists of two blocks linked by “a roof courtyard”. One of the blocks contains the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom with a smaller bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen. The other block consists of three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette. The bedrooms have a fantastic view to the sea, there is also an outside, pergola-shaded BBQ place. In front of the house on a separate level there is a water-eco swimming pool (10m×4m) using the most advanced water purifying system. In the roofed courtyard there is a dining table and several sitting areas that allow the occupants to fully enjoy the Greek summer with all their senses.
We have created a functional relaxing house both suggestive and hospitable, invested by our aesthetics and our loving feelings, anticipating that your stay in it will remain unforgettable to you.
The location is very convenient, the villa is located above Finikas area and 500 m from the seaside. In Finikas, reachable on foot in approximately 25' downhill, there are a couple of local restaurants, a mini market, a pharmacy and a beach in a distance of 900 m.
The town of Ermoupolis is in a distance of 12 km.
We advise you to arrange a car rental to get around the island easily. Let us know if you need any assistance with that!
We will be available for anything you may need during your stay and we can also assist you with arranging any extra service you may require.

Summary: Hard to put it in words. The view alone is worth it....but the house is fantastic as well. Without question the best vacation rental we've had (and we've done our fair share!). Plenty of space for two families or a large group to stay. Amazing pool. Very well stocked throughout the house (i.e. kitchenware, towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc...). Only minor cautions are the house sits on the side of a bluff overlooking the bay of Finikas...winding road to get to it for those sensitive to heights. And the kitchen - while amazingly stocked - is slightly small if you're planning to do a lot of cooking for a large group. Neither bothered us as we were so excited to eat out after having been cooped up for the last year. Would highly recommend! And Finikas - the town/bay the house resides - is amazing. Great bar and restaurant - BaoBab. Have good super market, bakery (amazing!), pharmacy...neighboring towns Gassillas and Poseidonos are great. So happy we did it. Hope to go back!!

Summary: Anna’s house is incredibly beautiful with outstanding panoramic views. Communication with the house manager and Anna were very smooth and we all had the best holiday! Highly recommended!

Summary: This rental will be the benchmark from which all other rentals will be measured. It was beyond perfect . The host and their staff and their recommended service providers did everything imaginable to make it easy for us to relax and enjoy their home. From my first inquiry until the last every response from the hostesses were quick and complete. Nothing you could want was missing and the decor was like something out of a magazine. They provided every necessary supply plus local foods upon arrival The view was surreal... really amazing and Syros was just the island I was looking for... minimal tourist., great restaurants, lovely hikes, and easy to navigate.. my friends and family repeatedly said when I asked what was their favorite thing... it was the house. I loved gathering friends and family around the table to share a meal and lots of laughter. Plus , The location of the house made it easy to allow time for relaxing. I was there for a month in June and it will go down as one of my best life adventures. Really beyond perfect. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. PS. If you rent a big car have a spotter to back out of carport. Not as easy as it appears:)

Summary: One of the best rental properties i have stayed in. The owners were brilliantly organised and always contactable. The villa is beautifully decorated throughout with even full bathroom toiletries provided. The fridge was full of drinks for us and the cleaner and pool guy came throughout our stay. The views are astonishing and the location is truly tranquil. Cant recommend this property enough

Summary: We was been there in august. All fantastic!! The pictures are really that you find at your arrival. Clean, all is news, all that you want, you can find in a villa....waitress clean a villa every two days.a landscape is awesome.
