Positive: It was quiet

Negative: The amenities were limited, 2 quarter" thick tiny bar soaps and 1oz pkt of shampoo. There was a roach on the coffee amenity tray, the floor was filthy because my feet were black from walking barefoot. The fitted sheet was dirty, it had something dried and crusty on it and pubic hairs so we slept on top the flat sheet. The beverage vending machine was broken.

Positive: Property was an older building but remodeled. Up to date design and decor. It was clean and comfortable. Decent for the price.

Negative: Had to ask for more toilet paper and towels and was told we had to wait until "later" to get them. Hard to communicate with staff based on language barrier.

Positive: Perfect place to get my rest in between my night shifts! The staff are very nice and helpful! Housekeeping did a fabulous job of taking care of me meeting all and more of my expectations. The facility is nice and very clean!

Negative: Nothing to complain about..

Summary: Working in Albany and found this Jewel of a hotel! Its worth the drive!

Positive: No breakfast is offered, but there is a Wendy's directly across the street and other options in downtown Sylvester. The room was very clean and I would definitely stay again.

Negative: I wish the lobby would be open. It is difficult to communicate through the nighttime window, which they use all the time.
