Negative: Minor thing, but only way we could think to improve would be better sound separation between two bedrooms as we disturbed each other a bit. May be the door between them.

Positive: Brilliant stop over ahead of an early morning Tunnel journey - just 15 mins from the terminal. Mark and Julia gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. Huge garden which our dog loved running around in. Comfortable, clean and bright accommodation. Would recommend and stay again.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like. We would have liked to the pool (for £20 / hour extra) but unfortunately it wasn’t available (possibly best to request ahead?).

Positive: Great location, tucked down a quiet lane and only 10 minutes drive to the euro tunnel. As a family of 4 it made a great base as a stopover en route to France. The owners have thought of pretty much everything to make a comfortable stay with some lovely extra touches such as chocolates, croissants and fresh juice.
