Positive: The Snug was great. There was everything you needed and it was really well provided for and organised. I would strongly recommend it to walkers on the North Downs Way, close to the route, a pub within walking distance and very comfortable bed and decent shower.

Positive: Superb location for the Channel Tunnel. Beautifully appointed little apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Cute little outside space for a drink on the decking. Very comfortable in every way. Lovely host with very clear instructions on how to get to the property.

Negative: I couldn’t get the TV to work, but I strongly suspect that was user error…

Summary: A fantastic little place a stone’s throw from the Channel Tunnel terminal. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Very clean and 10 minutes from the tunnel. Hot chocolate and other drinks with milk in the fridge.

Negative: Unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working and sleeping next to the noisy fridge for the couple in the living area is not ideal. Mattress in the bedroom was too soft for us but that’s a preference.

Positive: Excellent directions provided and safe, private parking. It was extremely quiet, private and well appointed. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely welcoming touches - the milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, fluffy slippers, hot water bottle, and quality toiletries.

Negative: The bed: we are used to a memory foam mattress topper and our old bones complained.

Summary: Perfect location for the Shuttle or for a long weekend exploring the Harbour Arm and all the sculptures in Folkestone.

Positive: Extremely convenient and close to the Euro Tunnel. Very peaceful and tucked away. Great shower and facilities. Everything you need is plus a few added extras. Nice little touches.

Negative: Possibly a sign at the bottom of the lane. Tbf they may have been one and we missed it. It was dark and we were riding scooters.

Positive: I stayed here for one night. The location was spot on. No seagulls, very quite, an well equipped kitchen, very clean. I had a good night´s sleep and could get to the port of Dover quickly. I booked it allready again for my next stay.
