Summary: It was a family weekend gate away, we booked 4 rooms. One of them smells really bad ( cigarettes even though it was non smoking) when we walked in. The staff was very helpful!! Over to change the room, and She even opened another rooms and have us check make sure we’re happy. She did agree that the room did smell. Thank you for taking the time to care for your guests! My daughter was impressed!
