Positive: Nice static caravan situated on a quiet site. The site itself is conveniently situated close to a local hotel. Very helpful and obliging owner. The caravan itself is clean, modern, well equipped, with plenty of storage and adequate parking space.
Negative: Instructions for the boiler, televisions etc. would have been welcome, as we had initial issues with both. These were quickly resolved by the owner.
Summary: Enjoyable stay in a well equipped caravan

Positive: Easy enough to find. General setting is pretty with the river behind. Convenient base to visit a range of locations. Despite our reservations about the accommodation, it is priced fairly.
Negative: I don’t understand how this is rated as highly as it is. It is ok, but far from exceptional and a fairer rating is probably between an 7 and an 8. Notably on arrival, all windows are open. Instructions for check out require this. I think this is because it smells a bit stale. It is superficially clean but the bed smelt funky. We stripped it back and the mattress is quite stained and not pleasant. We ended up finding additional sheets to provide an additional layer of protection to tolerate it for our three nights. Notably they only do the minimum of bedsheet changes, leaving on existing mattress protectors and pillow protectors so you are going to be sharing sweat with the previous occupiers! It is a fairly standard caravan park and the pitch is not exceptional. It is in the middle of the park with neighbours either side (well there is a small driveway between it and the right hand neighbour) and neighbours to the front. To have any privacy the curtains need to be drawn all day. The neighbour to the left has a decking area 2-3m from bedroom windows. It was in our opinion noisy; with kids riding bikes around until gone 10pm. The living space is a good size and was clean. The second bedroom is so small you may as well be in bed with the other person in there as there is barely a foot of space between the two singles….which are not even full sized single beds. The room isn’t really suitable for two people to share and there would be no where to put any luggage. There is a family shower room with wc which is clean. They only provided half a roll of loo roll. There is a further en-suite toilet for the master which was also clean. There is no welcome pack with any useful information which leaves you guessing on somethings. For example; how to get the hot water going.
Summary: Ok but not exceptional like other have rated it

Positive: The caravan is really comfortable: plenty of space, well equipped, clean and super cozy. The park and nature around it was also beautiful and peaceful. The host was great as well, keeping in touch with us making sure we managed with the self check-in instructions and also that we had everything we needed during our stay. I absolutely recommend this place!
Negative: Nothing! Everything was perfect!
Summary: Great stay at the caravan!

Positive: The property is very cozy and thoroughly clean. The rooms and beds were very comfortable even for its small size due to it being a caravan house. The living room is very spacious and had a large TV. The kitchen is quite large and well equipped with a electric hood to suck away the smoke and steam from cooking. The property also had a large refrigerator and freezer compartment. The toilets were clean and had a relatively large shower. All in all, an amazing stay. Thank you very much.
Negative: The only thing that was missing was dish soap to clean the kitchenware before and after using it.
