Positive: The appartment was very clean, comfortable and close to the metro station in a very good area. It made commuting through the city very easy. Lots of restaurants nearby and overall very nice and safe neighborhood. The check in was easy, with digital keys received by email.

Negative: It was not very well noise protected and you could hear loudly the cars on the main street, as well as the other neighbours coming and going from the appartments. Also, even though the kitchen was equipped, there was no spoons, forks or knives.

Positive: The apartment looked brand new, it's well furnished and very conveniently located: right above a supermarket and surrounded by really nice restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to the metro. Checking in and out was a breeze. They'll ask you to download their app, which is generally a bad practice, but the app really has everything you need to navigate the reservation. I suggest watching the videos and writing down the codes in advance in case you don't have internet when you arrive at the reception. I had a request for the concierge, to which they fulfilled really fast. There's a 24/7 chat with them that's pretty handy. Also the wi-Fi is flawless.

Negative: Even though the apartment is advertised as work friendly, there was no proper working desk, just a dining table which is not very comfortable. On top of that the apartment had no available outlets I could use to charge my notebook near the "working area". I had to request an extension cord (which they immediately provided). The 500 euro deposit they require as warranty is steep, so check your credit cards limit before paying.

Negative: There is no air conditioning and the windows are going out the busy street with bus stops downstairs. No forks, knives for eating. Only hot water in the second bathroom sink

Positive: the apartment was clean and the code organization was very easy. There were coffee capsules for bonuses and the cosmetic int he bathroom was perfect.

Negative: -We arrive very late because of the plane and the host know that. We travel 2 adults and 2 kids but there were only one bed ready for sleep. The sofa in the other room need to start searching for sheets(there wasn't any ) and how to make the sofa double ( it was mentioned it will be suitable for 2 persons ). -The other thing is that there were written that they can assist us with taxi, they just give us a number but the person in this number don't' know English so we try to reach the host again and nobody answer us the whole day- so int is not 24/7 assistance.

Negative: No early check in or late check out option. Luggage storage offered is in another location (not convenient) and open only weekdays. No new linen/towels for a 4 day stay. Staff not there but they do contact you through WhatsApp quickly. Some more precise directions for building door would be nice (hint: press the "key" icon first).

Positive: The location near the park, good public transport to the rest of town and in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Negative: An extra reading light would make the apartment more comfortable to read or work. The doorkey downstair did not work so you had to push the door open.
