Positive: Ideal location for visiting the Palace of Versailles. Well equipped, we had all we needed for a couple of nights.

Negative: Quite a lot of street noise until late in the evening. The apartment is on the third floor of a building which does not have a lift, which is difficult when carrying luggage up and down. If travelling by car, the parking arranged by the owners is safe and cost effective, but it is quite a distance from the apartment, for carrying luggage. The parking garage is accessed using a remote control, so when we left we had to drive out, find somewhere to stop, and then walk back to return all the keys to the apartment. There is a big public car park nearer, which is a bit more expensive but would have been more convenient.

Positive: Excellent location and facilities. Host was extremely accommodating and helpful. Brilliant patisseries, restaurants and transport links into the heart of Paris, but the main attraction for us was the palace, which was very close. Accommodation comfortable and thoughtfully kitted out with everything we needed.

Positive: Very handy to train station and short walk to Versailles Palace. Comfortable, clean and modern. Wifi excellent. Suited our family of four with two adult children. Host very pleasant with great communication.

Negative: The kitchen is small but workable. Three flights of stairs to apartment which is difficult with heavy suitcases, but if you are able bodied it is a small sacrifice.

Summary: Loved our stay and would stay here again.
