Summary: It was wonderful to escape cold & gray Michigan for a month in sunny Florida. The condo was lovely and conveniently on the ground floor. I could walk out on the patio and take a few steps on the grass and be right at the pool gate--an effortless setup! A very large pool with many chairs and a hot tub, too. And the location is very near several beaches as well as some of my family. So I had lots of R&R plus welcome time with family. The owner was very attentive via texting and graciously answered any questions I had. He was very welcoming. A truly desirable place to be.

Summary: Floor was not as clean as it should have been. We found that the clothes dryer exhaust filter was broken. This caused dryer lint to exit directly into the condo. The owner responded immediately. A simple repair was made and the owner will do a more permanent fix in the near future.
