Positive: Comfortable little apartment with adorable decor. Communication with the host was excellent and the cool water when we arrived was wonderful. Playgrounds around the complex were an added bonus for our kids.

Negative: The one AC unit worked great but could be a bit underpowered for a 38 C day. Still got the place just cool enough to sleep.
