Positive: I liked the housing society as it was safe and secure. Further, grateful that this homestay existed near the place where I had to visit for work purposes. Thank you.

Negative: I am afraid to share this but I didn't like the fact that the basic amenities in a homestay were not available in the kitchen and only a few things that were there were also very dirty and unhygienic. Besides, the apartment was not up to the mark, the closets were full of stuff like existing clothes, and other types of artefacts which didn't allow me to put my things. Besides, the closets were dirty as well. Further, the bedding was not clean enough, not spick and span. Lastly it felt like the owner was mostly concerned with the money - which is undertandable, not much complain there, and sadly didn't experience that there was much/genuine hospitality being shown.

Summary: Staying in Airbnbs and homestays across the world,this was an experience that I wish to forget soon.

Positive: The ambience was nice, cozy and comfy.

Negative: There was dust on tables and stuff, the kitchen was also a bit messy. No shampoo, shower gel or anything.

Positive: Very accessible for the location I wanted to reach for business. Easy entry and exit formalities. Full support from property owner. All facilities for comfortable stay were there.

Negative: A slightly larger bedroom would have been swell.
