This 4br entire house has been fully renovated, situated 200m from the magnificent shores of Lake Macquarie in the sleepy coastal town of Swansea, with Blacksmiths and Caves Beach a short drive, Komorebi is perfect for water-lovers, with boat ramps, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, boating, bird watching, walking trails all at your doorstep, central to local pubs and clubs, restaurants and shopping centres all in walking distance Komorebi is the idyllic sea change getaway.
Komorebi is the perfect house for a enjoyable getaway, with a fully equipped kitchen, Dishwasher, Microwave, Large fridge and more. With 1X King with ensuite,2X Queen ,2x Single, Sleeping 8 people comfortably. Large lounge suite and 8 seater dining for the family to gather, Full bathroom with separate shower and extra deep bath to soak in, the house is airconditioned for heat and cooling, all bedrooms have ceiling fans, outside the back area is fully fence grassed yard with a excellent dining set to relax with a bbq or there's the a outdoor lounge on the front porch to get the last rays of sunshine with glimpses of the Lake Macquarie.

Summary: As soon as you walk in you get such a good vibe, the house was immaculate and so well presented. Plenty of room for 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Loved the aircon as it was so humid there that week. The kids spotted the complimentary snacks and variety of drinks as soon as we arrived...thankyou! The accommodation was an overall 10 for us, linen, washing machine, aircon, plenty of lounge for the whole family, and 2 outdoor sitting areas..and comfy beds...so roomy and clean and plenty of parking. The area is so beautiful and with taking our boat ( the boat ramp is just up the road!) we were able to explore the beautiful water ways and fishing spots. Close to Caves beach ( the caves were amazing) and the RSL ( great view from the top level). Went for a beautiful long walk up along the water and my son discovered the local skate park. All essential shops are so close to. My hubby met the owners outside and said how friendly and accomodating they were 😊 We will definitely recommend this house to all of my family and friends!! Thoroughly enjoyed our our stay!! We will be back!

Summary: We had all our family stay with us 6 adults and a 2 year old. The house was absolutely perfect. Bedrooms good sized, bed comfy and warm, showers good with plenty of hot water and water pressure excellent. Living area/dining rooms catered for all of us even had a few pop ins during our stay, just to say hi and have a cuppa. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, everything we needed. Plus an extra added bonus of cold drinks, milk in the fridge and a basket of goodies which went down a treat with the ‘children’ amongst us! Lol! Also having the third toilet was great and very handy at times. Great location! Lake views were an added bonus as former Lake Macquarie residents it really felt like being back home. Kyle and Terri were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Summary: We picked this house as our was so close to friends that we were visiting The first thing we noticed was how clean the house was. Everything we needed was there as well as some complementary snacks which we really appreciated and we all feltreally comfortable in the house and we found the proximity to the shops Communication was great and we had no dramas getting in to the house
