Positive: The property was very beautiful, nicely furnished and clean. The view was amazing out the front of the house and alot of out door space. Property was kid friendly.

Negative: A couple of insects in the property. The back door did not lock and there was no curtain to cover the front door for privacy.

Negative: They need to do pest control and clean cobweb. The rear sliding door lock doesn’t work. It would be better if they have more dishes, glasses etc.

Positive: Beautiful location, beds very comfortable, spacious

Negative: Vacuum cleaner didn’t pick up anything. Stayed for 12 days, no broom no mop or bucket to use had to buy our own. No air conditioning. No screen doors on the back so couldn’t open door without letting the flys and mozzies in. Paid $10,000 for stay expected more. Took me forever to grate a carrot on the tiny little thing they had. Front outdoor furniture covered in bird poo. Rear outdoor furniture covered in spiderwebs as well as around the windows inside and out, had to clean off outdoor furniture before we could use the area you could tell it had been awhile since it was cleaned over. The microwave is bigger than the dishwasher which is located in the laundry. The dishwasher only fits a couple of items at once and none of the pots or pans fit in it. Only one bedroom with a ceiling fan the others had little box fans didn’t do much we had to go a buy pedestal fans so we could sleep.

Summary: Great location, house is nice. People in the area friendly. Great breeze comes through from of house but even with doors
