Positive: Great communication with the host and her mum. The cottage was warm, very clean, beautifully furnished and with ABSOLUTELY everything you could think of! Just a 5 minute drive into Ripon. Set on a peaceful horse farm. Wonderful basket of goodies and fresh flowers too!

Positive: Great location , just 3 miles from Ripon. Cottage excellently decorated . Everything very accessible for my husband who has reduced mobility. We will definitely be returning . Cottage has a peaceful rural location but is very close to Ripon full of things to do

Positive: Beautiful cottage, all the facilities we needed, lovely owner, lots of treats left, dog field just behind was very handy.

Negative: The only thing I could say is the mattress wasn't very comfortable, could do with a mattress topper, only small gripe but would make all the difference.
