Positive: Amazing little cozy Lodge perfect for our family of 5. Tim and Andrea were very welcoming and full of ideas what we can do on days out with kids. Welcoming pack was lovely addition. We found everything we needed and we will definitely be back. Let's just say it felt like home!

Positive: Great location, not too far from Keswick, Carlisle and Penrith. Quieter part of the lakes so less traffic. Accommodation great as bedrooms have a bathroom each. Well stocked kitchen, Cosy sitting room, modern tv's, adequate kitchen with combi microwave and electric hob, and fridge - full cooker being installed soon. Good off road parking. Lovely hosts

Negative: Suggested that night lights are provided as it's very dark at night. Decor needs to be updated but that is a very minor thing. Nothing really to dislike
