Positive: Had to crash for a night after landing in Italy and this was the cheapest option close to the hotel. Amazing staff that answered all my questions into the night and helped me with things they did not need to. And I even got a delicious croissant delivered to me in the morning for free.

Positive: Absolutely Everything! I travelled with my husband, my 6 years old daughter and my 7 months old baby and the host was exceptionally friendly and supportive. Samuele booked the restaurant for us only few steps from the apartment

Negative: The bathroom was cold as we weren’t able to make the heater work 😂 I should have ask for help but we were exhausted so didn’t really bother us.

Summary: Exceptional stay and great customer care! We will be back!

Positive: Sveva Haven Malpensa was the perfect place to stay the night before our flight out of Malpensa. The little flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts collected us at Malpensa (we took the train from Milan), brought us to the flat, and delivered us to the airport the following day--what service! Even though there was breakfast already provided in the flat, our hosts brought fresh croissants right to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. We would be happy to stay at Sveva Haven Malpensa whenever we travel to Milan in the future!
