Positive: Enjoyed the little sofa and coffee table in the room. Easy walk to bus that goes to gondola. They sell tickets at reception and allowed us to park there before check in.

Negative: No shower or bath in the room. No view. No coffee at breakfast, only tea. A bit overpriced.

Positive: The staff are wonderful, helpful, kind and patient. The food they serve is fit for royalty and I wish I had more time to spend with them.

Negative: I'm getting a bit too old for futon sleeping. My back struggles with it.

Positive: Good Japanese style accommodation. Wasn't expecting to sleep on mattresses on the floor but it was all a good Japanese experience. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negative: No outdoor bath. Breakfast below expectation. Suggest not to order the optional breakfast. Go buy some delicious bread from Le Plaisir
