Summary: We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains.

Summary: Everything else about the property is fine... but the onsen was patronized by local customers with full body tattoos. We were not comfortable with that.
