Positive: location is perfect, right next to Lake Suwa, and a path of cherry trees. Cherry blossom is just outside and it is part of the view from the if you are facing the lake.

Positive: The family room with indoor osen bath is great. Very clean and spacious with Japanese style. They have both beds and futons. The staff are really nice, very Japanese traditional *omotenashi*.
Negative: There aren’t many restaurant or coffee shop near the hotel. Even combini. You have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the nearest convenient store. So the option for dinning out is limited.

Positive: Great location. Walkable from the Kamisawa train station and right opposite Lake Sawa. Walking distance to some restaurants and convenience stores, laundry mat. Traditional breakfast included in our stay and amazing onsen facilities.

Positive: The private bath in the room was exceptional, plus the dinner was delicious. The beds were really comfortable. The staff treated us very warmly. It really shows that they care about every detail. Really one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
