Positive: Supremely relaxing and reflective experience. Everything was thoughtfully synthesised to create a true authentic experience with comfort and mindfulness at the centre of everything. Nazar in particular was a gracious and humorous host. After having been ill, the food was first rate and healed us.

Positive: AMAZING. Stunning. Groundbreaking. I cannot wait to return to Japan specifically to come back here. We wish we stayed for longer. Lovely dinner, unparalleled breakfast. I cannot stop thinking about the breakfast. Everything was perfect. Staff goes above and beyond at all hours for you 24/7. I cannot thank you all enough for the best hotel stay of my life!

Positive: Pretty much everything was amazing and top notch. The view from the rooftop onsen was the highlight for me.
Negative: They didn't have large enough sized shorts for me to wear on the rooftop onsen, but this was communicated beforehand so it wasn't a big deal.
